Taste Berlin and the world at my favorite food market
Food markets are an experience I will not give up on a trip abroad, That is why alongside the famous and international food markets I always also visit a local and neighborhood market.
Food markets are an experience I will not give up on a trip abroad, there is something in this experience of tasting flavors that I have not yet known, to examine how the locals do their shopping and to sail in a short time between different countries in the world in the transition from stand to stand that always excites me. That is why alongside the famous and international food markets I always also visit a local and neighborhood market.
Not far from Berlin's famous food market, markthalle neun , hides one of my favorite markets in the city. A Berlin neighborhood indoor market in the heart of the Kreuzberg district. Among the poultry and meat stalls, vegetables, cheeses and spices you will find food stalls from different cuisines: Italian, Berliner, Greek, Asian and more that serve special dishes and good wine alongside them. There is also a vegan restaurant and excellent ice cream stalls for dessert.
The market is located at the end of Bergman Street where you will also find great cafes, restaurants, and second-hand shops and if you continue up the street, you will discover Victoria Park and its waterfall.
